Our lettings software makes it very simple to charge students by the term with a fixed charging schedule. Record details of when deposits were taken and returned as well as contact information such as references. Landlord Manager will also print tenancy agreements and section 21 notices as well as AT5 and Section 33 documents.

View the performance of your property by a number of views showing you your most profitable properties by month, year and category. All the information you require is available at a click of a button with another click exporting to Excel if required.

Using your data Landlord Manager can forecast up to 12 months in advance giving you a good idea of your profit and loss during this period
Alert Centre
Record important diary events such as gas checks, meter readings, renewal dates etc. You can also use the diary for general diary events such as appointments and property viewings. Take your diary with you with the sync option that will send your tenants, contacts and diary events to Outlook and your PDA . You can also send your tenants SMS messages reminding them of overdue rent.
Banking
Reconcile unlimited bank accounts, loans, mortgages and credit cards with the easy to use banking module. Recurring transactions such as mortgage payments and insurance payments can be setup up to be raised automatically when they become due
Projects and Work Orders
Track important projects such as refurbishments, new builds with the project module. Record expenses and log them against the project budget to help ensure your project remains within the budget.

Tax Centre
Each transaction is allocated to a self assessment category which in turn is used in the tax centre to help complete your self assessment tax return. Export the data to Forbes Tax Return software or Excel or Sage Accounts for quick and easy filing. You can even email your accountant your data at a click of a button with the Accountant's review feature
