Landlord Manager Enterprise is ideal for professional landlords and/or letting agents giving you all the features of the Pro and Premium Software versions with the added benefit of being able to manage properties on behalf of other landlords with the agency module and the option of allowing shared access over a network

Property Management
Designed for both the professional let and multi let (e.g. student) properties our landlords software will track all important aspects of your portfolio. You can manage properties on behalf of other landlords with the Agent module as well as recording details such as Insurance policies, utilities and other important contacts. You can also record critical diary events such as gas checks and meter readings etc

Tenant Centre
Landlord Manager will track all aspects of your tenant's information. Rents can be raised on a weekly, 2 weekly, 4 weekly, calendar monthly, 3 Monthly, 6 Monthly and by term basis. Our landlords software makes it very simple to charge students by the term with a fixed charging schedule. Record details of when deposits were taken and returned as well as contact information such as references. Landlord Manager will also print tenancy agreements and section 21 notices as well as AT5 and Section 33 documents.

Landlord Centre
The Enterprise version of our lettings software will allow you to create properties that are managed, owned or let only. If you are a letting agent you can charge commissions automatically then either print or email statements to your landlords.

Property Matching
Match available properties to applicant requirements then either email or print the availability list showing full details and pictures of match properties
Performance

View the performance of your property by a number of views showing you your most profitable properties by month, year and category. All the information you require is available at a click of a button with another click exporting to Excel if required.

Forecasting
Using your data Landlord Manager can forecast up to 12 months in advance giving you a good idea of your profit and loss during this period

Budgets
The Enterprise version of our landlords software has a budget module that will help you keep on track with your spending. Set budgets for Rent Income and property expenses and as time goes by Landlord Manager will inform you if you are keeping within the budget

Alert Centre
Record important diary events such as gas checks, meter readings, renewal dates etc. You can also use the diary for general diary events such as appointments and property viewings. Take your diary with you with the sync option that will send your tenants, contacts and diary events to Outlook and your PDA. You can also send your tenants SMS messages reminding them of overdue rent.

Banking
Reconcile unlimited bank accounts, loans, mortgages and credit cards with the easy to use banking module. Recurring transactions such as mortgage payments and insurance payments can be setup up to be raised automatically when they become due.

Projects and Work Orders
Track important projects such as refurbishments, new builds with the project module. Record expenses and log them against the project budget to help ensure your project remains within the budget.

Record repairs from tenants then print out job sheets for your contractors ensuring your tenants are happy with the service you provide

New property screen layout with a new option to create fixed term rental periods (ideal for student lets). You can now also views repair history for each property in the properties management screen as well as a new Scottish option for printing AT5 and Section 33 documents

The Rent Centre has been improved and now shows the rent amount and the expiry date of the agreement. Agreements can now have up to 10 additional tenants and will record all the necessary deposit information such as type and who holds the deposit

We have enhanced the exporting of data to excel with improved data formatting. Exporting to Forbes Tax software has also been updated to the 2009 version of their software.

We have made tracking deposits simpler with the new deposit centre. This feature is unique to our property management software.
